DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM DONUTS?

YES!

WE REQUIRE A MINIMUM ORDER OF AT LEAST 2 DOZEN DONUTS PER CUSTOM DESIGN.


HOW MUCH DO THEY COST?

THE PRICE DEPENDS ON THE COMPLEXITY OF YOUR DESIGN AND TOTAL QUANTITY. 

WE WILL GIVE YOU A QUOTE AFTER WE FINALIZE DESIGN DETAILS VIA EMAIL.


HOW DO I ORDER?

ALL CUSTOM ORDER / CATERING REQUESTS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED THROUGH OUR CATERING REQUEST FORM HERE

PLEASE DO NOT CALL, DIRECT MESSAGE, OR GIVE US DETAILS IN STORE ABOUT CUSTOM/CATERING ORDERS.

FILLING OUT THE CATERING REQUEST FORM IS THE BEST WAY TO ENSURE THE RIGHT PERSON ON OUR TEAM HAS ACCURATE DETAILS AND ALL THE INFORMATION WE NEED TO MOVE FORWARD WITH YOUR ORDER.

ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR REQUEST FORM, WE MAY CALL YOU TO COLLECT MORE DETAILS ABOUT YOUR ORDER.


WHEN SHOULD I ORDER?

THE EARLIER THE BETTER!

CATERING ORDERS (OUR DESIGNS) SHOULD BE REQUESTED AT LEAST 1 WEEK PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT DATE.

CUSTOM ORDERS (YOUR DESIGNS) SHOULD BE REQUESTED AT LEAST 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT DATE.

ORDERS PLACED AFTER DEADLINES MAY INCUR A RUSH ORDER FEE.


CAN I ORDER YOUR DE$IGNER DONUTS BY THE DOZEN?

YES!

CATERING ORDERS (OUR DESIGNS) CAN BE 100% REFUNDED IF CANCELED AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE THE PICK UP DATE / TIME.

CUSTOM ORDERS (YOUR DESIGNS) CAN BE 100% REFUNDED IF CANCELED AT LEAST 1 WEEK PRIOR TO YOUR PICK UP DATE / TIME
OR 70% REFUNDED IF CANCELED AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR PICK UP DATE / TIME.

SORRY, NO REFUNDS FOR NO SHOWS OR SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS.


DO YOU SHIP YOUR DONUTS?

UNFORTUNATELY AT THIS TIME WE CANNOT SHIP OUR DONUTS.

WE HAVE NOT YET FOUND A SERVICE THAT IS ABLE TO DELIVER THEM SAFELY AND IN A TIMELY MANNER IN ORDER TO GUARANTEE DESIGN PRESERVATION AND FRESHNESS.


CAN I SAVE MY DONUTS FOR TOMORROW?

ALL DONUTS SHOULD BE ENJOYED THE SAME DAY THEY ARE ORDERED TO ENSURE MAXIMUM FRESHNESS.

WE DO NOT RECOMMEND KEEPING YOUR DONUTS OVERNIGHT. 

WE RECOMMEND MICROWAVING EACH DONUT FOR 5-10 SECONDS FOR BEST TASTE!


SOFT SERVE FAQ

WHY IS THERE A HOLE IN THE MIDDLE OF MY SOFT SERVE?

DUE TO HOW THE ICE CREAM IS DISPENSED, WE NEED TO LAYER THE ICE CREAM ON TOP OF ITSELF TO CREATE THE SWIRL.

THERE IS NO WAY TO CREATE A PRETTY CONE-SHAPED SWIRL WITHOUT A HOLE IN THE MIDDLE.

WE PURPOSELY SWIRL THE ICE CREAM PAST THE POINT OF THE CUP TO COMPENSATE FOR THE MIDDLE.


DO YOU HAVE ANY VEGAN / DAIRY-FREE OPTIONS?

YES!

WE CURRENTLY OFFER MANGO-PINEAPPLE AS AN OPTION FOR OUR VEGAN / DAIRY-FREE GUESTS.

ALL OUR DONUTS AND SOFT SERVE ARE MADE ON THE SAME EQUIPMENT AND IN THE SAME WORKSPACE SO, UNFORTUNATELY, THERE IS A POSSIBILITY OF CROSS CONTAMINATION.
