HOW DO I ORDER sweet daze SIGNATURE DESSERTs?

ALL SIGNATURE CATERING REQUESTS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED THROUGH OUR CATERING REQUEST FORM HERE

PLEASE DO NOT CALL, DIRECT MESSAGE, OR GIVE US DETAILS IN STORE ABOUT CUSTOM/CATERING ORDERS AS OUR CATERING COORDINATOR IS NOT ALWAYS ON SITE.

FILLING OUT THE CATERING REQUEST FORM IS THE BEST WAY TO ENSURE THE RIGHT PERSON ON OUR TEAM HAS ACCURATE DETAILS AND ALL THE INFORMATION WE NEED TO MOVE FORWARD WITH YOUR ORDER.

ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR REQUEST FORM, OUR CATERING COORDINATOR WILL REPLY WITHIN 24-36 HOURS.


WHEN DO I NEED TO ORDER BY?

THE EARLIER YOU REQUEST AND FINALIZE YOUR ORDER, THE BETTER BECAUSE OUR CATERING CALENDAR FILLS UP FAST!

SIGNATURE CAKE, DONUT, CAKE POP, CEREAL POP, CUPCAKE & DESSERT BAR DESIGNS SHOULD BE FINALIZED AND PAID FOR AT LEAST 7 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT DATE.

ORDERS PLACED AFTER DEADLINES MAY INCUR RUSH ORDER FEES. 

ORDERS ARE NOT ADDED TO OUR CATERING CALENDAR UNTIL WE HAVE RECEIVED FULL PAYMENT. IF THE ORDER IS NOT ON OUR CALENDAR, IT WILL NOT BE MADE ON THE REQUESTED DATE/TIME. IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED BEFORE THE DEADLINE TO COMPLETE AN ORDER, THE ORDER MAY INCUR FEES WHICH MUST BE PAID IN ORDER TO SECURE A SPOT ON OUR CATERING CALENDAR.


SIGNATURE DE$IGNER DONUT FAQ

WE REQUIRE A MINIMUM ORDER OF AT LEAST A HALF DOZEN [6] DONUTS PER DESIGN.

WE CANNOT MAKE 1 DONUT PER DESIGN UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED.

ALL DONUTS SHOULD BE ENJOYED THE SAME DAY THEY ARE ORDERED TO ENSURE MAXIMUM FRESHNESS. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND KEEPING YOUR DONUTS OVERNIGHT. 

WE RECOMMEND MICROWAVING EACH DONUT FOR 5-10 SECONDS FOR BEST TASTE!


SIGNATURE CAKE FAQ

OUR SIGNATURE CAKE DESIGNS START AROUND $100 FOR 8” CAKES AND GO UP FROM THERE. PRICES VARY BASED ON SIZE AND COMPLEXITY OF DESIGN.

KEEP CAKES REFRIGERATED UNTIL 30 MINUTES-1 HOUR PRIOR TO SERVING.

CAKE WILL STAY FRESH FOR UP TO 3 DAYS IN AN AIR TIGHT CONTAINER IN THE REFRIGERATOR.


I’D LIKE TO CANCEL MY SIGNATURE DESSERT ORDER. CAN I GET A REFUND?

OUR SIGNATURE CAKE, DONUT, CAKE POP, CEREAL POP, CUPCAKE, DESSERT BAR AND OTHER SIGNATURE DESIGN ORDERS CAN BE 100% REFUNDED IF CANCELED AT LEAST 7 DAYS BEFORE THE PICK UP OR DELIVERY DATE / TIME. 

SIGNATURE DESIGN DESSERT ORDERS CAN BE 50% REFUNDED IF CANCELED AT LEAST 96 HOURS BEFORE THE PICK UP OR DELIVERY DATE / TIME. 

THE AMOUNT REFUNDED FOR ANY SIGNATURE ORDER CANCELED LESS THAN 96 HOURS BEFORE THE PICK UP OR DELIVERY DATE / TIME WILL BE LESS THAN 50% OF THE FULL PAYMENT AND AT THE DISCRETION OF SWEET DAZE.

SOFT SERVE FAQ

WHY IS THERE A HOLE IN THE MIDDLE OF MY SOFT SERVE?

DUE TO HOW THE ICE CREAM IS DISPENSED, WE NEED TO LAYER THE ICE CREAM ON TOP OF ITSELF TO CREATE THE SWIRL.

THERE IS NO WAY TO CREATE A PRETTY CONE-SHAPED SWIRL WITHOUT A HOLE IN THE MIDDLE.

WE PURPOSELY SWIRL THE ICE CREAM PAST THE POINT OF THE CUP TO COMPENSATE FOR THE MIDDLE.


DO YOU HAVE ANY VEGAN / DAIRY-FREE OPTIONS?

YES!

WE CURRENTLY OFFER VEGAN PINEAPPLE AS AN OPTION FOR OUR VEGAN / DAIRY-FREE GUESTS.


do you have gluten free soft serve options?

OUR BLACK VELVET, CINNAMON TOAST CRUNCH AND PINEAPPLE SOFT SERVE ARE ALL GLUTEN FREE. HOWEVER, WE ARE NOT A GLUTEN FREE FACILITY. ALL OUR DESSERTS AND SOFT SERVE ARE MADE ON THE SAME EQUIPMENT AND IN THE SAME WORKSPACE SO, UNFORTUNATELY, THERE IS A POSSIBILITY OF CROSS CONTAMINATION. IF YOU ARE HIGHLY ALLERGIC TO GLUTEN WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND CONSUMING OUR PRODUCTS AS THERE IS FLOUR IN THE AIR.

UNFORTUNATELY AT THIS TIME WE CANNOT SHIP OUR DESSERTS.

WE HAVE NOT YET FOUND A SERVICE THAT IS ABLE TO DELIVER THEM SAFELY AND IN A TIMELY MANNER IN ORDER TO GUARANTEE DESIGN PRESERVATION AND FRESHNESS.
